    Blueberry Gravy (breakfast)


    Two cans of blueberries in water
    cornstarch
    sugar
    Pour cans of blueberries in large cooking pot and add one can of water. Add 1 cup of sugar. Bring to boil. Mix some cornstarch in small amount of water and add to blueberries in small amounts at a time and stir well. Do so until reaching desired thickness. Once thickened you have blueberry gravy.

    Pour your blueberry gravy over some homemade biscuits and watch the family go crazy! I don't recommend the canned biscuits. They carry an aftertaste that just doesn't taste well with the blueberries.
