    Spinach Crabmeat Casserole

    2 (15 oz.) cans chopped spinach, drained
    1 stick butter
    1 (7 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 c. chopped sweet onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 pint sour cream
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiled & peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 F. In skillet, melt butter; sauté onions 5 to
    8 min. Add spinach, sour cream, & cheese. Reduce heat & simmer 2
    to 3 min. Add artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, Worcestershire
    sauce, & Tabasco; simmer 3 min. Gently fold in crabmeat &
    shrimp. Blend well. Pour mixture into a 2-qt. casserole & bake
    20 to 30 min. Makes 6 servings
