List of Ingredients
Pennsylvania Dutch Chow Chow
1 qt. cucumbers, diced
1 qt. string beans
1 qt. lima beans
1 qt. corn
1 pt. celery
1 pt. cauliflower
1 pt. carrots
4 c. sugar
2 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water (if vinegar is
strong)
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Chop vegetables the desired size and cook separately.
Cook until tender, not soft. Drain cooked vegetables and mix
together. Combine sugar, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.
Add mixed vegetables to hot liquid and bring to boiling point.
Put into hot jar and seal.
