NOTE: I use regular bread and break it into small pieces instead of buying bread cubes.
List of Ingredients
Bread Filling
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 quarts soft bread cubes
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning
Beat eggs. Add milk. Pour over bread cubes.
Combine butter and seasonings. Add to bread cubes and mix well.
Filling can be baked in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or may be used as stuffing for fowl.
