    Broccoli, Swiss and Beef Rollups

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Thyme
    1 small Jar sliced mushrooms
    1 package frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
    2 cups Grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 egg beaten

    Recipe



    Directions:
    Brown and drain ground beef. Add spices, mushrooms and broccoli. Heat through. Add cheese stir until melted and mixed well. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes. Roll out each can crescent rolls onto greased cookie sheet. Pinch seems. Fill each with ½ filling. Pinch closed. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with dried or fresh thyme. Bake @ 350* 15 - 20 minutes or golden brown.
