List of Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lbs. Maryland jumbo lump crabmeat
Combine first 7 ingredients and whip until smooth. Gently pick shell from crabmeat being careful not to break up lumps. Fold dressing into crabmeat until all meat is covered. Spoon into a casserole pan and bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until browned and dressing has set. Makes 4 8 oz. portions.
