Artichoke Chicken

1 can (14 oz.)artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayo
Dash garlic powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Recipe
In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayo and garlic powder. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Spread mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Note: I usually do two chicken pieces, so cut the cheese and mayo down to about a half cup each. I think this is a great recipe for one or two people.
