List of Ingredients
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 boneless round steak (about 1 3/4 pounds)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 package (1 oz) dried onion mushroom soup mix
1 jar (9 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon minced parsley
1. In slow cooker, combine flour, garlic powder, pepper & paprika.
2. Trim excess fat from beef; cut meat into 1 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips. Place in
flour mixture and toss meat until well coated. Add mushroom soup, water, & soup
mix. Stir until blended.
3. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3.5 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours or
until meat is very tender.
4. Stir in mushrooms, sour cream, and parsley. Immediately cover and cook on
high for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
5. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
