    Spaghetti Florentine

    16 oz. spaghetti (cook and drain)
    4 (10oz. pkg.) chopped frozen spinach
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. chopped pimento
    8 tbsp. margarine.
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. nutmeg
    Pepper to Taste






    Recipe



    1. Cook together spinach and onion per spinach package instructions.
    2. Drain.
    3. Mix all ingredients together and place in well greased 12-Cup Bundt Pan.
    4. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
    5. Cool 5 minutes before removing.

    Sauce: 3 cups fresh mushrooms sliced and sautéed or 1 (10oz.) jar.

    Add: 2 (16-oz.) jars meatless spaghetti sauce. Heat.
    Serve as sauce for pasta.
