    List of Ingredients




    Bayside Grille

    3 oz. marinate beef tenderloin
    1/4 cup saute yellow onion
    1/4 cup saute red bell pepper
    1/4 cup saute green bell pepper
    1 slice provolone cheese
    1 sliced onion bun
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 leaf green lettuce
    2 slices of tomatoes 5"x6"
    1 slice of red onion

    1. Cook the steak to the desired temperature that you like.
    2. Take the onions and peppers in a saute pan and cook until tender.
    3. Take the bun, put butter on it and mark it on the grill.
    4. Then take a basket, put sheet of paper, then the bun, then steak, then cheese, and onions and peppers. Then on the other half of the bun put leaf lettuce, tomatoes and red onions.
    5. Garnish with 1 1/2 cups kettle chips and 1 pickle spear.
