List of Ingredients
14 oz can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 oz packages white chocolate squares or white baking bars, chopped
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedures:
1 White chocolate blended with peanut butter creates a deliciously creamy treat.
2 Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges.
3 Butter foil; set aside.
4 In large saucepan, heat Eagle® Brand and peanut butter over medium heat until just bubbly, stirring constantly.
5 Remove from heat.
6 Stir in white chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla.
7 Pour into prepared pan; spread evenly.
8 Cool.
9 Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
10 Use foil to lift candy out of pan.
11 Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans if desired. Cut into squares.
12 Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
