Rib-Eye Fajitas

4 rib-eye steaks (about 8 oz each)
2 cloves garlic (slivered)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp guajillo chile powder
salt
lemon wedges
12 warmed flour tortillas
Recipe
Heat the grill. Pierce the steaks with a knife in several places and
insert the garlic slivers. In a bowl, combine the olive oil and guajillo
chile powder and turn the steaks in the mixture until well coated.
Season the steaks with salt and put them in a shallow while the
coals are heating.
Grill steaks over a fairly hot fire, turning once, for 4-6 minutes
on each side, or to desired doneness.
Transfer meat to a cutting board and slice them against the
grain into strips. Place on a platter and squeeze the lemon
wedges over the top. Serve with the tortillas and condiments
of choice.
