    3 pounds carrots, sliced and cooked
    1 cup peach preserves
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted In a large skillet, arrange carrots to cover the bottom.

    In a small bowl, combine preserves and butter; spoon over carrots. Heat for 15 minutes or until hot.
    Yields: 12 servings
