    Golden Potato and Garlic Galette

    3 pounds potatoes (not new potatoes)
    1 stick of melted butter
    4 large garlic cloves
    4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Very thinly slice the potatoes. melt the butter and stir in garlic.
    Layer the potato slices with a drizzling of the garlic butter,
    parmesan cheese and salt and pepper in a greased baking dish. Pour
    the remaining butter over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 375
    for an hour or until potatoes are tender.
