    pineapple chicken

    Cook up your chicken-I do mine in the pressure cooker.I serve over
    rice-So in 13/9 pan place cooked rice, top with chicken and then 1 Large
    can crushed pineapple-save juice for sauce sauce. Sauce: 1 cup water plus
    the pineapple juice, 1 cup sugar, 2 T cornstarch,1/2 cup vinegar,1 T soy
    sauce, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1 chicken bouillion cube Place in pan heat until
    thick . Pour on chicken and bake till heated through
