ALOHA BURGERS

These are so tasty and similar to a popular Red Robin burger!

8 pineapple slices
1 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef
1 small sweet onion, sliced
Nonstick cooking spray
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 sesame seed buns
.
1. Place pineapple and 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce in a resealable plastic bag; turn to coat and set aside to marinate.
2. Shape beef into four patties. Place in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce over patties; marinate for 15 minutes, turning once.
3. Meanwhile, in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, saute onion until tender.
4. Grill or broil burgers until no longer pink. Grill or broil pineapple to heat through.
5. Layer lettuce and onion on bottom of buns. Top with burgers, cheese and pineapple and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce; top with top buns. Yield: 4 servings.
