* Use 2 cups flour, 4 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon baking
soda, 1/8 cup warn water
* Dissolve the soda in the warm water.
* Mix the flour with the butter.
* Add the water and mix well.
* Place dough on a floured board and roll out very thin.
* Cut into rounds with a cutter and prick the tops with a fork.
* Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
* Bake at 375 degrees until crisp.
* Store in an airtight container.
