    My daughter was in the Spring Children's Musical last night at church. After the service we had a reception. All the kids parents were supposed to bring a finger food.
    So, I got in the kitchen and created the following.

    List of Ingredients






    Tostito's Chips (Regular, "not" bite size)

    Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    Tyson's Microwavable Fajita Chicken Strips

    Chunky Salsa

    Sour Cream

    Guacamole Dip

    Black Olives

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Microwave 1/2 of a 20oz bag of Tyson's Fajita Strips Chicken per instructions on bag.

    Place whole large Tostito's chips side by side on a foil covered cookie sheet. (Approx. 24)

    Break sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese into pieces about the size of the chips & place on each chip.

    Cut the cooked Chicken into bite sized pieces and place on chip stack.

    Dip one tablespoon of Chunky Salsa on top of each chip.
    (Use heat range of your liking, I used medium, since it was for children too. Next batch for me will be extra hot!! )

    Place in oven for about 8-10 minutes.

    Remove from oven & top with a 1/2 tablespoon each of sour cream & guacamole dip.

    Add two or three black olives to top.

    Eat Up!!
