Recipe Introduction
I make fresh salsa every summer, but I don't use the same "recipe" everytime. I throw in the same ingredients, I just don't bother measuring anything! Here is a close version of it:
List of Ingredients
6 Large fresh tomatoes
1/2 of a Medium-sized white onion
Small bunch of fresh cilantro
1-2 Fresh jalapenos
Tsp. Chili powder
Tsp. Cumin
Tsp. Salt
Dash or two of garlic powder or garlic salt
Tbsp. Lime Juice
**For really hot stuff add tsp. of cayenne pepper

I think that's it. I use a "Salsa Maker" that I bought at the Alaska State Fair a few years ago to chop everything up, but a food processor on a slow setting would probably work too.
