    Dream-sickle (hehe) fruit smoothie, makes a good breakfast or snack for those of us who do not get up in time for breakfast or lunch for that matter....

    4 ounces OJ
    4 ounces skim or low fat milk
    1 serving scoop (or 2 tablespoons) of soy protien powder, find this at health food department in stores.
    4 to 5 ice cubes
    a tablespoon of vanilla or plain yogurt if you have some

    add all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. If no blender is handy seal up in a quart size mason jar with ice cubes and shake till well blended and thick.

    Yummy, healthy, kinda low cal, and soy is very filling and will cut down on sugar cravings.

    try the blended banana-orange juice too.

    easy - five stars
    tasty - a+++
    effort - negligible
