    Recipe Introduction

Here's a Banana Bread recipe that always comes out good....and that's hard to find! I've had some of the worst Banana Breads trying to find just ONE good recipe. LOL :)

    List of Ingredients

    3 Very ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1/2 Cup butter or marg.
1 1/2 Tbs. Buttermilk or Sour cream (I usually use the sour cream, but increase slightly ;) to 2 Tbs.)
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Cup sugar
    2 Cups All purpose Flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsl. baking soda
    1 Cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    Recipe

Mix the sugar and butter together until smooth, add bananas, eggs, sour cream and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.

In a seperate bowl mix the Flour, baking powder, baking soda together.

Pour the banana mixture over the flour mix - stir until just moistened then add your nuts.

Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake at 350 deg. about 55 - 65 mins. Until it tests done - toothpick stuck in center comes up clean.
    EAT - YUMMM
