    Cut 1 can of Spam into small 1/2inch squares.
    Cut 4-5 good sized Potatoes into small 1/2inch squares
    Slice 1 large Vidalia onion, then 1/4 the slices

    Place in large frying skillet with preheated cooking oil. About 1/4inch deep will be perfect. Let cook till the majority of the potatoes are soft and transluscent. Turning over often to keep from burning.

    Salt, Pepper, & Texas Pete to taste!
