    3/4 cup flower
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp nutmed and cinnamon
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup sweet potato
    3 eggs beaten 5 minutes

    Recipe



    beat eggs 5 minutes and add sugar and mix.
    Add all the other ingredients together to the egg-sugar mix being sure not to "over-mix" them.
    Pour onto a greased wax paper lined jelly roll pan.
    Bake 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
    turn out onto a powder sugared towel and roll.
    Allow roll to cool COMPLETELY!
    GENTLY unroll the COOLED roll.
    Mix filling as listed below.

    6 oz cream cheese
    4tbsp butter
    cup of powdered sugar
    tsp vanilla

    Mix all together and spread on cooled roll. Reroll and chill (you and the roll)
