    9"X13" Pan
    Preheat Oven 350 degrees

    --bottom layer--
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 stick of butter or margarine
    1 egg

    Mix together all three ingredients & press into bottom of pan.
    (Add Water 1 tsp at a time till crust layer forms when squeezed in palm of your hand - if needed)

    -top layer-
    1 8oz pkg cream cheese
    3 large eggs
    1 box of XXX Confectioners Sugar
    (set aside a small amount to sprinkle over top after cooking)
    1/2 tsp of vanilla extract or 2 tsp of vanilla flavoring
    (I use extract because it has a better flavor)

    Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Pour over bottom layer and cook for 30-35 minutes or until top begins to brown.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle set aside powdered sugar over entire top.

    Cool and cut into small squares.
