Take whole wheat pita bread, open the pitas up, cut into little tri-angles,lay on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning (seasoning spice blend) by Morton's, Sprinkle also with parmesan cheese, put in oven and bake on about 225-250 until crunchy.
Doesn't sound like much, but they really are good
