    Marinate in "1/2 cup of worshtershire sauce, teaspoon of garlic salt, black pepper (to your taste), 1/4 cup of lemon or lime juice" in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before cooking. Marinate in a sealed plastic container and every couple of hours or so rotate the container over and over to get the marinate back to the top. Or just give it a good shaking.
    To cook place a alumnium foil tent over the brisket & cook on low heat(275-325). Be sure to add enough water to the bottom of the cooking pan till the mairinate is about 1/2 inch deep.
    Cook till it is your preference of wellness.
    Medium to Medium Well for me.
