    Liquid smoke
    Lawrys season salt
    1 Can of coke

    Skin the ribs, brush with liquid smoke, spinkle with season salt. Place in a large roasting pan with 1" of water in the bottom, 3 heads of garlic, one sweet onion quartered cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 and a half hours at 325. Uncover and bake for one more hour. Test the ribs the should pull apart with out a knife. The true test is to bite the meat and pull away from the bone, if the meat pulls away then the ribs are done. Let them cool pour coke over them and refrigerate. Now time for the grill, place rib racks on the grill and grill till hot turn and slather with homemade bbq sauce, turn and repeat.

    One problem with these ribs they are so good the neighbors will come running everytime they smell your grill going!

    This is a very simple recipe and ez to do but its great, Years ago when I owned restaurants I served thousannds of pounds of ribs preparred this way. Never told anyone but Barb the trick and now you know!
