    Gotta make sure we never run outta Texas Pete.

    I eat it on everything just about. Pretty much any meat.

    My favorite use for the Texas Pete is Pork Roast Sandwiches
    Mix 1/4 cup flour, 3 tablespoons of ground mustard, salt & pepper, & a dash of garlic salt.
    Roll the pork roast in the mixture and then place in a frying pan of veg. oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan good) & brown all sides.
    Then place it in the crock pot & cook all day and then for supper, pull it apart and put a generous pile on a toasted hoagie bun with mayo, then pour on the Texas Pete. Serve with Ruffles Potato Chips & a couple of large dill pickles.

    Mmmm..Mmmmm..Goood!!
