    2cups Ketchup
    2Cups REAL maple syrup
    1/2 cup Heinz 57 steak Sauce
    1/2 Cup Worchestersire (sp??)
    a little minced garlic and some chopped onion.

    Simmer about 10 minutes and pour over meat; bake another 30 minutes in a 400 oven.
    MMMMMMMMMMM cant be beat.

    It is especially good on pork. Speaking of, im going to post pics right now of our brandnew porkchops. hehehe
