Tuscan Bean Stew (W/Turkey)

Found this recipe a while back and "played" with it.
List of Ingredients
1 lb gound turkey (browned)
1 15 oz can red kidney beans(drained or ewww)
1 15 oz can black beans (drained or ewww)
1 28 oz can diced tomatos (I reccomend Del Monte oregano, garlic and basil).
1/3 Cup dry red wine or sherry
minced garlic (I use lots)
minced sage (fresh is best)
Recipe
In a saucepan heat a few teaspoons of olive oil. Add garlic and sage for just a few seconds (don't burn it people). Add the entire undrained can of tomatos, both cans of beans, wine and turkey. Let it come to a light boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with nice crusty bread.
I doubled this yesterday and it fed 5 people with enough left over for three lunches. The turkey is my addition but it tastes great without. I have also served over rice.
