Tinfoil Bar B Q Armadillo

Catch, Clean and deshell 1 armadillo.
Place Armadillo into a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Place 1/4 a pat of butter, some pepper, and a good amount of seasons salt (or garlic salt your choice) in tinfoil as well. I usually add a thorough coat of *insert current favorite BarBQ sauce here (I'm using KC Masterpiece I think)* to it as well.
Let your camp fire die down a bit (Mostly coals some flame is ok) place tinfoiled armadillo into the edge of the fire. Turning over the tinfoil every 5- 10 minutes cook for approx 20 minutes. Open package and cut meat to see if properly cooked. If not reseal and return to fire until done.
