    Party rye bread
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. velveeta cheese
    -optional 1/2 tsp cumin seed-

    Recipe



    Brown meat & drain; add diced cheese.
    Stir until melted; add remaining ingredients.
    Spread on rye bread.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm, then transfer to a plastic bag and freeze. until ready to use.
    Put under broiler until cheese melts and bubbles, then serve.
    Makes approximately 6 dozen * may be frozen and reheated for later parties.
