    1/3 cup instant coffee
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoon dried orange peel

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
    To serve, combine 1 tablespoon with 6 ounces boiling water.
    Dust with shaved chocolate or cinnamon
