I got this recipe from Alton Brown’s, Good Eats Show on food TV. It's one of the best chocolate pies I have ever had. VERY rich!!! A small piece is sufficient enough for the biggest of Chocolate lovers. I have been making it for about 3 years now. I hope you will enjoy it as much as my family does.
You can make it a bit less rich by cutting back on the Coffee liqueur.
Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Place a small metal bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Melt the chocolate and coffee liqueur in the bowl. Stir in vanilla.
Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture and honey in the blender jar. Liquefy until smooth.
Pour filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the filling is set.
