    1 graham cracker crust (you can use a packaged one)
    1 8 oz package cream cheese - at room temperature
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp lemon extract
    1 large container of Cool Whip
    1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, raspberry)

    Recipe



    Cream the cheese, sugar and lemon extract and beat well. Add the Cool Whip and beat again.

    Fill the pie crust with the mixture, making a lower place in the center, and higher along the edges to make a "dam" so the fruit filling doesn't overflow the pie shell.

    Pour the fruit filling into the well you made.

    Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
