    This one sounds a little strange but is really good with vanilla ice cream!

    Beat 3 egg whites stiff. Add one cup sugar, one teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt. Fold in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 24 crushed ritz crackers.

    Bake in a greased pie pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
