Tater Tot Casserole

1# lean ground beef
1/2 small to medium onion - chopped
Some chopped celery - as much as you like!
About a cup of frozen green peas
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Package of Tater Tots
Salt and Pepper
Recipe
Brown the meat with the onion. Add some frozen peas (as much as you like). Add some chopped celery (a rib or two will do it). Stir in a can of cream of mushroom soup - you need not mix it very well.)
Put it all in a Pam-sprayed large casserole dish (I use a square Corning Ware one about 4 or 5" deep. Put a thick layer of Tater Tots on top (again as many as you like......I use a lot because my family loves Tots).
Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the tater tots are browned well.
Makes 4-6 servings. We like it with pickled red beets!
