    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 pound angel hair spaghetti broken
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/3 cup grated parmar, cheese
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzalla cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce

    Recipe



    Cook angel hair spaghetti according to directions on package. Drain, add butter, eggs, and Parmesean cheese. Place in long pyrex bowl. Top with cottage cheese, Brown ground beef, drain, mix with spaghetti sauce. Pour over cottage cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Spead mozzalla cheese over top and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
