Hope you like! It's even good to nibble the leftovers right from the refridgerator! It's usually the first thing to go at family functions! LOL! Enjoy!
List of Ingredients
2 Heads Broccoli
Washed and cut to bite size (stems and all)
1 Small Package Velveeta Cheese
Sliced about a quarter inch
2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers
Crushed, put in bowl, set aside (go low sodium)
2 Sticks Butter
Melt one, add to and mix with crushed crackers
Slice the other (go with sweet butter, not salted)

I steam my vegetables for about 7-8 minutes...or you can boil for 6. Do not over cook...
Drain...place in casserole dish. Arrange sliced butter on top, then the cheese...now cover with the crushed cracker topping.
Bake uncovered...you'll smell it when it's ready! LOL!
Make sure the crust doesn't burn. If you use a glass dish, you'll see the cheese bubble.
I go low sodium because the salt makes this dish too rich.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes.
