    Lemon Frappe

    1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate -- undiluted
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 pint lemon sherbet or vanilla ice cream
    1 (12-ounce) can ginger ale

    Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into a serving pitcher; add ginger ale. Serve immediately.

    Yield: 4 cups

    NOTES : To make Lime Frappes, use a 6-ounce can of limeade in place of the lemonade concentrate.
