    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 pounds ground beef
    2/3 cup catsup
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Saute onion in butter. Add beef and brown lightly. Drain off excess fat. Add rest of ingredients; simmer covered for 30 minutes. Cool. Makes 4 cups. See below for ways to use this mix.

    ***Easy Chili***

    1 1/3 cups Three-In-One Hamburger Mix
15 ounces canned kidney beans -- including liquid
1/2 cup tomato juice - to 1 cup

Mix slowly in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; heat. Makes 2 generous servings.
