Millionaires
14 ounces caramels
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
12 ounces chocolate flavored candy coating
Unwrap caramels; combine caramels and milk in a small heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring often. Stir in chopped pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto buttered wax paper. Cool; cover and chill.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and cook until coating melts. Dip caramel rounds into coating. Place on wax paper to cool.
