    BBQ Beef German Style

    3 # chuck roast boneless
    6 c. water
    2 c. ketshup
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Place the roast in a roasting pan with the 6 cups water.
    Place remaining ingredients on top.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 5 hours.
    All vegetables will be dissolved.
    Take 2 forks and shred meat.
    Serve on fresh egg buns.
    Makes 20 sandwiches.
