Homemade Cocoa Mix
Heloise homemade Cocoa Mix
2 c. powdered Milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar, (or sugar sub.)
dash of salt
For richer mix, add 1/3 c. powdered, nondairy creamer or 1 T. or 2 of malted milk powder.
To enjoy:
Place 4 T. (depending on your taste) of the mix into a cup and fill with boiling water.
When using a sugar substitute, the mix is more concentrated, so you will have to "taste test" how much to use. Also, I like to sprinkle some cinnamon in for a little different taste.
