    Iced Peppermint Sun Tea

    Iced Peppermint Sun Tea

1/2 cup dried peppermint leaves (about)
    Mint sprigs for garnish
    1 gallon water

Put the peppermint leaves in a gallon jar. Add the water and cover. Set
outside, directly in the sun, for 3 to 5 hours. Serve over ice and garnish
    with sprigs of fresh peppermint.

    Makes 1 gallon

NOTE: Sometimes I add 4-6 tea bags to the sun tea for a tea flavor along
    with the peppermint taste.
