2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 T. fresh sage, chopped
2 c. grated sharp cheddar
Combine Bisquick and milk; stir well with fork.
Roll out dough 1 inch thick, 12 inches long.
Sprinkle with sage and cheddar.
Roll up like jelly rolls and slice.
Place rounds on greased cookie sheet,
bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Good with ham, pork, sausage, bacon.
