Velveeta Easy Taco Bake

List of Ingredients
2 cans (15oz.) hormel Chili no beans
1/2 # (8oz.) Velveeta prepared cheese cut up
1 box (10oz.) frozen corn (not thawed or drained)
1 can (10oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
6 oz. crushed tortilla chips (about 7 cups, ) dividedRecipe
Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Coat 2 qts. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
Combine chili, velveeta, corn and tomatoes in large bowl.
Layer 1/3 of the chili mixture in the baking dish, top with 1/2 of the chips.
Repeat layers, and top with the remaining chili mixture.
Bake 30 minutes, or until velveeta is melted and edges are bubbling.
Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream if desired.
Makes 6 servings, about 1-1/4 cups each.
