Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
3 c. cranberries or
1 12oz.bag
1 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cranberries
soften and begin to pop, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate to set.
NOTE: Serves 3 cups.
