    Pear Crumble

    List of Ingredients

    Pear Crumble

    1/4 c. margarine cut into, 1/2 inch pieces
    1/3 c. uncooked quickcooking oats
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    sugar substitute equivalent to
    2 c. chopped cored firm ripe pears
    1/2 inch pieces
    2 t. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 t. ground cinnamon
    1/4 t. ground nutmeg
    1/2 t.grated lemon zest

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Prepare an 8 inch pie plate with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.
    In amedium mixing bowl, toss together margarine, oats, flour, and sweetener.
    Place pears in a separate mixing bowl; toss with lemon juice,
    cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon zest.
    Arrange pears in the prepared pan.
    Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool.
    Makes 6 sevings and makes an 8 inch pie.
