    Chive Herb Butter

    1/2 cup softened butter and
    1 T. snipped chives, washed and dried.

    Mix together in a bowl and chill till ready to serve.
    Good with biscuits, muffins, breads.

    NOTE: I add it to my potato soup in winter for flavoring.
